There is a general right of appeal when a visa is refused. Appeals must be made in writing and be received by ISD within two calendar months of the date of the issue of the decision. Applicants can provide further additional documentation and information in support of their appeal. Appeals will be considered by a different officer and “where possible, one who is more senior than the original decision maker”.
the appeals officer may make further enquires into any aspect of the application and decide the appeal on the same or new grounds not originally relied on in the first instance application.
A visa application can be refused by various reason, such as lack of documentation provided. Our service is tailored where we advise you according to your circumstances and visa refusal grounds. Contact us today for further information and to book a consultation.
